Massachusetts Fleet Leasing Standards
Standard statutory & contractual benchmarks governing procurement in Massachusetts:
Commercial fleet operations across Massachusetts require strict adherence to gross weight classifications. Vehicles rated between 10,001 and 26,000 lbs operate without a CDL but require active DOT medical cards and electronic logging devices (ELD), while units over 26,001 lbs require certified CDL drivers and IFTA reporting.
Enterprise fleets in Massachusetts leverage open-end Terminal Rental Adjustment Clause (TRAC) structures. This preserves operational capital, shifts residual asset risk favorably to commercial operators, and allows companies to deduct monthly lease charges as operational expenditures under ASC 842.

Google Review Sentiment & Client Excerpts
“Customers generally praise Peter Fuller Rentals for competitive pricing, quick service, and well-equipped vehicles. However, one severe incident involved dangerous vehicle conditions, hidden charges, and unresponsive customer service.”
I like Peter Fuller car rentals because I know I can get an all-wheel drive car for a good price, even last minute. I had planned a trip north this week, and with the nor'easter coming through and lots of snow on the route, I realized the afternoon before departure that my own car would not be suitable. I called Peter Fuller and within an hour had a small SUV rented and in my driveway. It drove great and the trip was a success despite the storm. I highly recommend these folks!
Super friendly service. It was so quick and easy. We were a party of 7 and rented their Kia Carnival van. Lots of room for us all. I also left my wallet in the van the night before our return flight back home. I called them early the next morning and left a message, as some as they opened Harrison the sales rep called and confirmed he had my wallet. Harrison also went above and had an employee run it over to the airport before we left. Great job and a wonderful team at Peter Fuller's Thank again
Absolutely terrible company to work with. On top of the multiple charges added onto our rental above the price listed on their website (more than doubling the cost of the rental advertised online), the car that we received was in terrible, dangerous condition. While driving it back to our home, the accelerator gave out during the drive, causing the car to go no faster than 4 mph. This occurred on a 50 mph road, which put the driver into an extremely dangerous position. Above all, the worst came from the customer service. When attempting to resolve this issue, I was unable to get in contact with the company for three days. The car was going to be used for a business event, and this issue resulted in a significant loss in both revenue and reputation. Worst of all is that we did not even receive a full refund for the inoperable vehicle and the appalling experience. I would deter anyone from using the services from this company.
I rented a van here to use as a shuttle for a summer event - they were helpful and professional, and the price was better than the big rental chains for a similar van. I plan on coming back next time
