It was the worst experience possible. They not only had our truck for close to two weeks before even looking at it. Ruined our starter and charged us double their estimate. Then told us three weeks later the truck wasn't repairable.

Everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. A special shout-out to Ralph, who went above and beyond to help us. His knowledge, patience, and positive attitude made all the difference, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about helping customers. I can’t recommend Taylor and Loyd enough — if you want top-notch service and people who truly care, this is the place to go!

It’s hard to find an honest reliable main dealer to fix the issue and not go around the problems these guys do excellent work and get you back up and runing fast

I’ve dealt with many dealers, many makes, due to helping run a small trucking company. Let me tell you, this place has more knowledgeable brains running around than all other dealers put together. The best part is, the service writers and all the guys sitting around the counter can pretty much answer all your questions. Very fairly priced and if you have a question related to an International, they will happily answer it. These people are the example of “freedom of information act”. They don’t hide what they share within their own. Don’t believe me, try them and then tell me what you believe. Great folks and great service!
