Rented a Ryder truck from this location same-day. After my reservations were cancelled at U-Haul, then Budget, AND Enterprise all within a 36-hour period, we were about to be left with no moving truck, and a move out date only a few days from then. Rachel was amazing, and made sure that we were accommodated before we left. She was even willing to call the Loveland location that they work with to move trucks around, since there was a reservation for this truck already booked the same day we would be getting done with it. She got us the keys that morning, and even found us a discounted rate for bringing the truck directly back to them. So grateful for the kind and VERY helpful staff in the rental office. Thank you!!
