We partnered with Atiwa several years ago to help ensure HIPAA compliance with our technology. One of the best decisions ever made! The technicians are knowledgeable about HIPAA requirements. I'm not an IT person but had to fill that role by default. Atiwa set up a secure network and implemented 24/7 monitoring software that ended the daily headaches of expired antivirus software, malfunctioning PCs and inappropriate use of PCs by staff which freed up so much of my time. Their customer service is outstanding. We still use some quirky, outdated programs. Atiwa has accommodated these needs and keeps the programs functioning at acceptable levels. They make affordable recommendations when we need to buy new equipment. I highly recommend Atiwa for your business IT solutions. They are the best!
