The front desk staff was very helpful. I got a very basic breakdown of using the mud mixer, which upon retrospect looked like it hadn’t been used in quite some time (had cobwebs), but there wasn’t another mud mixer rental available nearby so this one had to do. The mud mixer itself performed well below expectations, at least compared to what I understood about it. In addition to the water dial labels missing, the consistency of the concrete would change on its own. The machine would also cut off on its own for no particular reason. The end result was very frustrating pour. I highly recommend upgrading the mud mixer, or at least come down on the price due to its condition.
I absolutely love working with Aztec. Their entire team from sales down to the warehouse crew are amazing to work with. Everytime I come for a pick up for an event, the warehouse team takes extra steps to ensure that the order is perfect and that everything is accounted for. They are always so friendly when I pull up to the loading dock. Tyrone is a dream to work with! He is on top of every detail and makes sure that I cover all of my bases when it comes to helping me! If I could give them 100 stars I would!!

Higher prices than everyone around. They checked my address on Google maps for some reason to verify my home address. Only can use credit card to pay. Weird experience. Not helpful at all.
