While the rental experience itself was acceptable, I was deeply disappointed by the discriminatory behavior I encountered. During my two interactions, the staff displayed clear impatience with my accent, even resorting to yelling because they couldn't understand me. Additionally, I noticed inappropriate and unprofessional comments about other individuals who appeared to be of international backgrounds. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer service and diversity.
Caring, helpful and knowledgeable person I have met. They extremely care about customer. The prices for renting are really affordable and the customer service is wonderful. Highly recommended.I rented a laptop for a week to taking my test and doing some project with my friends. Unfortunately due to some technical issues related to my internet the test was canceled. I returned the laptop and I was told since I wasn’t able to take the test, I can borrow the laptop free of charge to retake the test. It was really nice of them. I’m so excited because yesterday I borrowed the laptop and took the test successfully. Thank you so much for your helping.really appreciate it.
