I rented a Schedule 1 server while I hosted a LAN Party for two days. Sadly, the Bisect-managed multiplayer plugin was broken so we weren't able to play Schedule 1 on the LAN Party. After that I had no use for the server anymore so I asked for a refund but they just said refunds are against their ToS. It's not my fault you don't manage your plugins on time and I was able to prove that the server wasn't used at any point. I also got told I have to request for a refund within 24 hours after purchase. How should I do that if your tech staff I was waiting for needed more time to fix the issue? So, it's against my personal ToS to accept this kind of business conduct.

The Bisect Team was nothing but wonderful and every member that worked with me went above and beyond what their job description entails to make sure that my friend and I were assisted. I want to shout out Vain, Paige, and Skyler for being personable, funny, empathetic and incredibly driven.

I had an issue on my end and Vain Asher was assigned to my case. They were extremely quick to respond and they were also very patient and thorough. In the end, it was an easy fix but the fact that they knew enough about how this all works to give me a bunch of different approaches to fix my issue is really insane! If Vain Asher is assigned to your case, you're in good and capable hands! 10/10 👍🏽

They have absolutely top-tier customer service, I've been using them for minecraft servers for many years and any time I'm having an issue, they're able to fix it quickly! Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to host a server for your game.
