Google Review Sentiment & Client Excerpts
“ComputerLand LLC is highly praised for its fast, professional, and effective repair services, with many customers commending Alex's expertise. However, the company struggles with inconsistent follow-through on orders and communication, leading to significant customer frustration in some instances.”
Great customer service. i walked in and got the help i needed for my phone charging spot. would go back again! thank you.
The BEST! My computer took a spill when I was visiting my friend in Chicago. One minute I was sitting down to write an email, the next my laptop slipped out of my hand and landed on the hardwood floor on the corner - Right on the power button. I couldn’t get the it to to turn on and worried my week of calls and online workshops was ruined. Chicago ComputerLand was the only store open at 9 AM. Everyone else was open at 10 AM or 11 AM. The owner was optimistic he could fix the problem in 20 minutes. He did! I was able to go across the street to Home Depot and pick up a couple supplies before getting my computer back. It’s been two weeks and the fix is still excellent. 10/10. Relieved and grateful to find Chicago ComputerLand. Worth the trip. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Alex is awesome! Had some virus issues with my PC and he fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Was very impressed with his speed and professionalism. Would highly recommend as I’ve always brought my stuff here in the past.
Came in May for a battery issue with my computer and was told I'd need a new one. I paid that day and was told the battery would be ordered later that day and would get a call in about 2 weeks when it arrived. I never got a call, so I called in July to check in and was told the battery hadn't been ordered yet because it was 'out of stock' but they would check again within the next few days and give a call back. It's now October, I haven't received any updates, my calls haven't been returned and I've moved. I was also able to order the battery myself from the manufacturer's site and install it myself for cheaper than they were going to charge. The guy working seemed nice and knowledgeable but that's not really helpful if they don't follow through. Not recommended
