I was having tech support issues and Mattheu Heil stayed with me on the phone to troubleshoot for 45 minutes and walked me through step by step and had patience and several backup options when issues arose. This was some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. He went above and beyond to help look up issues that weren’t related to the Choose2Rent service. He deserves a raise and recognition for his wonderful customer service and expertise. Without Mattheu, I don’t know how we would have printed our badges.

Grace Hill recently partnered with Choose 2 Rent for our event. From the start, working with Arturo was great. He was super helpful and the badges were great. When we had some difficulty with setting up the printer (user error- lol) he and support Facetimed with us and we became pros! It was great! We will definitely use them again for future events!
