It was 112 degrees and the Manager was still nice. Service manager Tim was nice too. Big place with a brand new building.
I have received the most amazing service from EquipmentShare. Jesus a technician there recently serviced my backhoe. He noticed and brought tonmy attention things I was unaware of, he was so contentious and honest. Every aspect was clean, tidy, professional. Just refreshing to experience this level of service again.
I have used Equipment Share for 2.5 years and they are consistently the best in service and communication. Their online application is easy to use and keeps me organized with all the equipment coming in and out. Laura my ES representative is literally the best representative I could of ever wanted. These days it is hard to find people who do their job correctly much less perfect like Laura does!!! Laura is extremely reliable and very dedicated to making sure her customers are always taken care of. I really do not know what I would do if she ever left. I have absolutely have NO complaints whatsoever about Equipment Share. They deserve more than 5 stars!!!
I dropped off an Uber Eats delivery, and the front desk employee was incredibly helpful and friendly.
