Called 4 days ago to request service for my printer/scanner and was quoted a price for a 48-hour response time and my credit card was billed in full for the service the day I made the appointment. I then received a call the following day that the technician had injured his hand and wouldn't be out to me until today (72 hours) during 12p-4pm time slot. I then received a call at 12:37pm today for the representative to tell me they did not have any technicians to service my printer until next month. WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER IF YOU ENJOY A COMPANY DOING WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO ON TIME AND IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE EVERY DAY BUSINESS MANAGEMENT OF YOUR OWN BUSINESS WITHOUT HASSLES.
I organized services with this company on behalf of my elderly grandmother. We booked a window of aprox 1-4p for them then show up last Monday. My grandma sat at home all afternoon waiting for them to come, and no one ever showed up… absolute disgrace. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. They did provide a full refund after the first request which was appreciated.
