Herc Rentals

My business has rented from Herc a number of times and the staff are so helpful. Most recently we had a scissor lift delivered but our guy who was going to use it got ill. Herc was very flexible about the billing so we didn’t have to pay extra when we kept the lift longer than expected. Thanks!!

I saw two Herc Employees harassing a guy in a motor home. Ibviously -'home less' What disturbed me was that they turned on one of those backup beeper heavy duty loud pointed it at the home less old man, cranked it up, left it for as long as I came back from lunch, went home that night, next morning 7:00am. The poor home less guy is frazzled and crying. I guess Herc Rentals can't reprimand certain groups employed without fall-o u t: as we watched two decimate our sense of torture and cruelty to bring us to 'sleeping' through torture.

Warning: as of 2/03/21 the workers are not masked. If you are concerned about getting Covid19 there might be less lethal places to shop. The tool I rented was fine and the workers were nice, except for their disregard for customer safety.

Good customer service. Rented a 32 foot scissor lift that was delivered on time. Did take them a few days to come and pick it up which was a little frustrating, hence the four star.

I love this rental place being a contractor it's perfect for me, the guys are awesome everyone that works there ,I've been doing business here over 10 years, ,tools I rent always work never a problem, very friendly and very affordable Plus they have all the tools you need for all your projects, best in the business best in the business. As you can tell I am a very happy customer
