Mac Learn, has been a remarkable gift to my tech challenged self. Ian is reliable, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. The rates are reasonable and the response time to all of my tech needs are incredible. I use Mac Learn whenever I need a quick tutorial or am experiencing computer issues and do not have time to figure them out myself. I highly recommend Mac Learn.

Whenever you need expert tech support, Ian is the one to call! He has deep technical expertise and the experience to know how to apply it to troubleshoot any issues that arise. Plus, he is such a genuinely nice guy and is a pleasure to work with. He's a good teacher and has a great sense of knowing how much the student/user can handle. He is my go to person--highly recommend!

Ian has a natural talent to teach. He is a great guy with superb Apple knowledge abilities. He was patient, easy to talk with and able to explain even my basic questions without ever making me feel the lesser. Now I have peace of mind that my devices are safe and that he is a phone call away if I should need him. I can’t speak highly enough of Ian. Ian helped me with the transition to a new computer. He helped me determine which computer to order and covered so many details that I didn’t even realize needed to be addressed. Ian made a process that I was dreading and even stressed about smooth and actually enjoyable. I know that Ian usually handles much more sophisticated client needs but he was patient and thorough and made sure that I was comfortable with all the changes before leaving.
