Adel is simply amazing. My gaming laptop seemingly died and I could not get it to come back on. It showed an error saying a “critical process died” and the screen went completely black. I was so worried it would not come back on. I called Adel and brought it in. He diagnosed my computer, which he did not charge for unlike “big business” computer repair places (Best Buy, Asurion, etc). He was very transparent the entire time he had my laptop and was working on it. He sent pictures, texted me with updates, told me what he would do to fix it, and let me know all the costs before he did anything. My laptop definitely had a heat issue and since Adel had it fixed, it’s been running like a brand new laptop. Moves fast and doesn’t sound so loud like before. He also had it cleaned, so it also looks like a brand new laptop. I can’t thank Adel & On Demand Computer enough!!! I’m grateful for his kindness and their expertise. I will always recommend this business and this is the only place I would go if my devices are having issues.

ON DEMAND COMPUTER is THE BEST, not one of the best, THE BEST computer store in all of Nashville! Adel Ibrahim has really good products there. Tablets, laptops, computers,you name it! He takes his time and shows you the products he has and explains how each works, even ensures that products work and function to the highest level. I could say more, but please. Visit his store. On Demand Computer is a very professional establishment. I was referred there by my son [ Michael]. I called first, told Mr. Adele my problem.Mr. Adele was very kind, professional, helpful, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable. He asked for my laptop model # and I provided it. After assessing my issue over the phone, he told me to bring it in and what the approximate cost would be to repair. Thereafter, I left work, brought my laptop in and he said he would do his best to get it back to me tomorrow. Mr. Adele repaired my laptop, replaced the screen called me back within 24 hrs. I picked it up, it looked Iike a brand new laptop. Mr. Adele was such a BLESSING to me. I thank him for his diligence and amazing effort he took to resolve my issue immediately.
