Google Review Sentiment & Client Excerpts
“Puget Systems consistently delivers high-quality, custom-built computers with exceptional customer service and technical support. Customers praise their knowledgeable staff, detailed communication, and superior product packaging, leading to outstanding overall satisfaction.”
This crew knows their stuff. I will continue to acquire machines from Puget, the production quality is top notch, and their sales and support people are superb. If you get to work with Eric when putting a quote together, you are in good hands.
A high-quality build and my sales rep Antonio was absolutely fantastic to work with!! Over the last 25 years I have worked with sales reps from Dell & Lenovo for my business. I have ordered computers and printers for my friends and family. And what happens with Dell & Lenovo? The best reps who have the most knowledge and best customer service skills get moved up to a better position, and I am left with whoever can't cut the mustard at a higher level. I recently ordered 3 Lenovo desktops with a Lenovo rep. I spent the whole time feeling like he "wasn't hearing me" and didn't really have a lot of knowledge about what he was checking the boxes on. I repeatedly told him that I wanted multiple USB-C Ports and upgraded Ethernet. I ended up with a Single USB-C Port and 4 ethernet ports. But, I couldn't return them because they were a custom build and I was at the end of my windows 10 leash. When I asked if I could add something later on he said that was not a possibility. Once of the units has an issue that I'll need to work with Lenovo support on and I guess we'll see how that goes. Conversely, Antonio was knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire quoting process and was VERY patient with my dozen changes. Don't get me wrong -- the Lenovo units were a LOT cheaper. But honestly I'd rather pay more for a good product with good customer service that is upgradeable. The new computer arrived well packaged and is lightning fast. Guess I'll save my pennies so I can order a laptop next.
If you're a motion graphics artist, video editor, 3D animator, programmer, streamer, or any other profession that requires serious computer performance, you need a custom computer build from Puget Systems! Why? You need experts who understand your needs and how you work, not just people who know the latest specs of the hot hardware out now. Buying a computer from Puget is one of best, coolest things I've ever done, and now I have a computer that doesn't laugh at me whenever I open Cinema 4D. 😅 Do not hesitate to reach out to their sales team and get a free quote.
One advantage was the ability for me to discuss things with such knowledgeable people at the stage where I was trying to decide just what configuration best suited my needs. An additional feature of this pre-purchase help was being able to store a configuration and have someone look at it and comment. It tooks me some weeks, and a couple of attempts at defining what I wanted before a final decision was made. Afyter that, and the purchase, the automatic feedback as the process of building the PC was a nice touch. It let me know exactly what was going on; assembling the parts, the build, various testing procedures. It was a good process. After I got the PC, I experienced a weird problem, one that turned out to be caused by some speakers that I had connected to a USB port. The speakers worked on one of the USB ports but not any of the others. Totally weird! This was a tremendous challenge for us all and it would have been very easy for Puget Systems to say "Must be something wrong with your speakers." which was, indeed the case, but neither of us knew this at that time. Instead, they sent me new speakers to try. These speakers worked fine on all USB ports so the problem was, indeed, with my own speakers. I felt that they provided outstanding support, all the way from pre-purchase, though build and test, to after sales support. They did a great job. Robin
