Carlos and Jose were absolutely wonderful. Their professionalism and compassion was clearly evident. They are certainly assets to north side. Thanks for a remarkable customer experience and we will be back
I just had one of the best customer service interactions I have had in all of Atlanta Julian and Carlos are the type of people you want managing front of house. Fortune 500 to 50,000. I have given out five star reviews to people before if I had to pick the only one it would be northern tool rental so far is it it is currently being ran by these two. 10/10 experience. Home Depot lost some revenue going forward.
The entire rental experience from start to end was amazing. You’ll find knowledgeable staff and willingness to help and advise. Dan was awesome! Super friendly and knowledgeable! Advises on things you may not have thought about and made the entire rental experience simple, easy, and effective. I’ve already recommended friends to come to Northside Tool Rental off Buford Hwy!
Rented some equipment from here. The gentlemen on the phone was very polite and helpful. Delivery was quick and easy. Their communication was on point. Thank you!
My crew and I needed 2 60ft ladders to complete a facia/gutter repair job and Julian K did an excellent job in helping us find exactly what we needed and coordinating with their buckhead location so we could just come in and pick them up. Easy drop off as well.
