Was in need of an excavator to do some renovations around the yard and driveways. Found this company and they were great to deal with. They informed me of everything I needed to know for the rental drop off and pick up. The machine itself had no issues and it definitely helped getting the project done.

Let me preface by stating that I spoke to a branch in South Florida, not sure if other branches operate differently. First, I have been working on building a new home and thus gathering all the pieces. I have to say that at least in South Florida a good portion the construction industry engages in outright fraud. I won't go into the 8 instances so far but as far Equipment Rental, Rent1 takes the cake. I was told I needed to provide insurance for the excavator. I have rented excavator from United and insurance was not required. But it gets better, $600 dollars round trip for delivery, mind you I am 20 miles away. In comparison, I purchased an SUV in Detroit and had it shipped to Florida $1200 for dollars. I know is apples to oranges but 600 bucks for 20 miles, is a tad much. You guys decide if this company deserves you business.

Dealt with Kevin throughout the process. It was a flawless and smooth experience with the heavy equipment rental. I was especially happy with the rate I was offered. I would definitely recommend and will rent again for future projects. Thanks!
