Randy, Kristen & Tony were all incredibly kind and professional from start to finish and they were far more affordable than their competitors. However, the company ships via UPS with the expectation that it will arrive the day before and if you miss that shipment for any reason, UPS will not redeliver or hold at a facility for you. In my case, I cannot receive my rental equipment until 2 hours after my events ends. Randy & Tony were very sympathetic, but unfortunately, the rental contract apparently states I have no options for refund. So I'm out a couple of hundred bucks with no alternatives or solutions for my event except a very sincere apology. I write this to state excellent employees, sucky contract and delivery.

We rented android phones to run admin software for our fundraising event and Mark made everything so easy!! The rental was so smooth, the phones worked great, and they give you everything you need for an easy return process. Will definitely use them again when tech needs arise.

Rentacomputer was one of the few rental companies that offered delivery and setup at a reasonable price so we went with them, and we were quite satisfied. They worked around some complexities with our schedule, set up the computers, and kept a technician on site for the entire week who helped deal with some networking difficulties we had. If we ever have a similar need in the future, we won't hesitate to use their services again.
