Management has no real understanding of IT, and the company culture seems focused more on cheating the system and customers than providing honest, competent service. Very unprofessional experience

We have had a terrible experience with ServerLogic and would not recommend them to anyone. We own a restoration company and have used them for our IT/Managed Services for the last couple of years, but encountered problem after problem and have finally left them for another company after we were tired of their empty promises to provide better service. They botched our integration, had us waste money buying useless equipment that did not fix our problem, experienced delayed responses to services requests because they were always short-staffed or "working on bigger projects" and we were never a priority for them. Our service tickets would sit at the bottom of the que and there was never an urgency to help us. Once things were finally escalated to the president of their company, he admitted we were just too small of a company for them and they couldn't make us a priority. They promised a smooth integration with our new company and then botched that as well, leaving us locked out of our company emails with no warning on a busy Monday morning. Big company or small, I would stay away from ServerLogic and save yourself the headache. I would give them zero stars, if I could.
