BUYERS BEWARE COUNTERFIET PRODUCT. Fraud!! This company deals in counterfeit product. They sent us counterfeit Samsung and Micron server memory and when we informed them, they said they would refund our money. 3 months later and we have not received a dime. Buyers beware, not only are they scamming people but also counterfeit electronics can cause some serious damage to your IT systems. Please note any positive review with 5 stars is complete bullshit, notice all the strange names. I am sure they are paying people to put up these fake reviews. I am in communications with a company that has reported them to the FBI.
Fraudulent distribution practices are just the beginning. Highly consider you try other sources. Over 60+ they shipped fraudulent Micron parts and when notified they requested return for a refund which we did and here we are 8 months later. Still pursuing legally but I refuse to let others get burned while they conduct business as usual! I wish I lived in PA!
SCAMMER! We had a very negative experience with Server Tech Supply. We returned parts valued at $42,078.00, and they acknowledged receipt of the materials. However, they never processed the refund despite multiple follow-ups. This is unacceptable business practice — they received the returned goods and confirmed it, yet kept our money. They effectively scammed us, and we strongly caution others to be very careful when dealing with this company.
From the UK, I ordered a network switch with an expansion module and a few transceiver which received well packed and timely manners so I strongly recommend Server Tech for the IT purchase.
