San Francisco Computer Rental

Absolutely amazing service! I needed a laptop that could run programs like solidworks or fusion. They came through with a Thinkpad, an absolute workhorse. Had no issues and exceeded my expectations. Alex was very accommodating when I needed it for longer. They deliver and pick up which worked out well out in Oakland. I will definitely use this service again and will be my first recommendation.

I needed a laptop because mine had stopped working and they were able to provide one with included same day delivery and pickup within a few hours. excellent service and people!!

Very smooth and easy service. Everything including the delivery was on time. Great experience!

Great service for com puter rental. We had an urgent need to rent 5 laptops, and we were able to get them delivered to us within a couple of hours. Amazing!

Negatives: Extremely unprofessional. I work with and love supporting small businesses but every element of the interaction was more than subpar. The owner did not properly detail out procedural matters and did not want to answer any questions regarding them. Stated verbally that there is an authorization form and became erratic and aggressive when I asked for said form. Did not like that I wanted email communications and wanted to text my cell phone. When the delivery came, he showed up and complained about how this has been "so hard." A business owner should never be so unkind and unprepared to do a simple business transaction and answer legitimate simple, EASY questions. He became aggressive at the door when it came time for delivery as I asked him why he needed a copy of my ID when he didn't state he needed my ID over the phone. He thankfully cancelled the order as I started to read the order form and didn't just sign away. I do not know if they offer quality materials because he didn't provide them. Positives: None. Please do elsewhere if you want to work with professionals who offer quality service.
