I had a great experience working with Avenue One while renting my condo. The response time was consistent, they managed any issues or concerns with minimal oversight and were proactive in communications. I worked the most with Saniya and she was fantastic. Her communication was timely, she could problem solve quickly and handle what needed to be done. I'd highly recommend Avenue One for property management services.

From start to finish, Brianna demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and genuine care that went above and beyond what I expected from a property management professional. The property itself was a stunning one-bedroom "mother-in-law" unit in Bellevue, featuring high ceilings, hardwood floors, gorgeous tiling on the fireplace and bathroom, as well as abundant natural light streaming through beautiful skylights. The private deck and garage were wonderful amenities, and the location near Kelsey Creek Farms Park was perfect for my ESA dog. The rental cost was also extremely reasonable, especially being right off of the highway making it easy to commute downtown to Seattle! What truly sets this experience apart is Brianna Phillips' outstanding customer service. She was incredibly accommodating during property viewings and, most notably, went above and beyond during the move-out process. When faced with a complicated situation regarding deposit return, Brianna immediately provided a simple, efficient solution that ensured fairness for all parties involved. Her quick thinking and people-first approach turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless experience. The entire process, from application to deposit return, was transparent, fair, and professionally handled. Avenue One's website interface is intuitive, and their communications are prompt. Brianna's commitment to customer service, combined with her efficiency and empathy, makes her an absolute standout in property management. We were extremely happy with the entire team at Avenue One. They helped get our condo cleaned up and ready to rent. They found a very good tenant. They fixed a few things that broke while the tenant was there. The funds were transferred when they said they would be and they helped with getting the condo cleaned up when the tenant moved out. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. We are big fans of Avenue One!

Their maintenance team are extremely efficient and will take care of any issues so that you don't have to worry.
