It was okay however the fobs and the codes to the pool area did not work also had a lot Of bugs around and did fine a cockroach in the freezer. How to buy some bedsheets to put on top due to them not being clean their was hairs on the sheets and red spots one pillowcases floors were dusty and had to sweep up couldn’t use the patio due to the amount of dust on the furniture no wi-Fi we couldn’t use the TV

Be REALLY careful if you’re looking at any properties from Cozysuites, especially on VRBO. 2 main cautions: First, When you see a listing for Cozysuites, it will have an extensive collection of pictures of the apartment. But, this is NOT, what you are booking. You’re booking whatever unit Cozysuites assigns to you that has the same number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Seriously, the unit we booked (based on the pictures provided) was nothing at all like what we checked into. Second, the actual apartment building that the units are located in is fantastic. Great amenities, location, upkeep, etc. HOWEVER, the units that Cozysuites owns and markets are nearly third world in terms of furnishings and upkeep. Imagine the bed, TV, and furnishings you’d find at a small roadside motel in rural Arkansas. That’s Cozysuites. My computer monitor is bigger than the single tv in the apartment. (No tv or any furniture in the bedroom besides the bed). Great kitchen as part of the building, but no kitchen table, chairs, or anywhere to sit besides a small, very disposable L shaped sofa. Bare walls. The queen bed in the bedroom was so uncomfortable and sunken that we had to order a foam mattress topper from Amazon to get us through the week. Yep, we did, and it was worth every penny to survive the nights here. So sad and so wrong on so many levels. This is a luxury building in a prime downtown location. But Cozysuites is an absentee investor barely a step above slum-lord status whose units are the polar opposite of luxury.

As clear as the host made it, with maps and instructions, the apartment was still tricky to find at night. Once you're oriented the community layout is simple to navigate. The LOCATION could not have been any better for what we needed!! The one bedroom apartment was spacious and minimally furnished. It was comfortable for just the two of us.

DO NOT STAY! COZYSUITES THE NINES KEIERLAND. AI BOT IS YOUR ONLY FORM OF COMMUNICATION. THEY WILL NOT ADDRESS ANYTHING. For fun after all the frustration and upsettment ask the AI bot for an apple recipe. Al communication and off shore only! Horrible horrible. I strongly warn all future guests to avoid this property due to serious cleanliness, safety, and listing accuracy concerns. The unit was not properly cleaned on arrival, with visibly dirty floors, stained bedding, and an overall unsanitary condition. I also found what appeared to be unsecured prescription medication between furniture cushions, which raises serious safety concerns in any shared accommodation. There were additional hazards present, including an unsecured gas tank left on the deck and a hornet’s nest outside, both of which made parts of the property unsafe to use. Inside, debris was found between chair cushions, furniture was extremely bare and uncomfortable, and basic amenities were missing. The property was not supplied as advertised, with key items and expectations not matching the listing description. Overall, the condition of this property presents serious hygiene and safety concerns that make it unsuitable and unsafe for any guests.
