Modern Furnished Rentals

After going through a house fire and months of repairs, finding Sandra and Thomas’s home was such a blessing for our family. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay, and truly made us feel welcome from day one. Their home was comfortable, well cared for, and exactly what we needed during a very stressful season — a true home away from home. We are so grateful for their hospitality and would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a wonderful place and exceptional hosts.

We needed a place to stay while dealing with unanticipated renovations to our home and ended up staying at Casa Pecan for 3 months. The house was very well equipped and comfortable. I was really pleased with all of the equipment in the kitchen as well as the wifi and office space. Sandra was very responsive and able to accommodate us on very short notice, along with our pets. When the renovation timelines kept getting prolonged, she was easy to work with and understanding about all of the insurance issues we encountered. It was easy to communicate with Sandra and extend our lease. When the fridge needed a new filter or when the sidewalk needing salting after the ice storm, she resolved the issues immediately. During a difficult time, Sandra and Casa Pecan definitely made things easier for us. I would recommend MFR to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay in Charlotte.

We stayed at Casa Court for a little over one month while our home was being renovated due to a water incident. Sandra is an incredible host, so attentive and she really made us feel welcomed and provided us with absolutely everything our family needed to feel comfortable during our stay. The house itself is beautifully furnished yet didn’t feel like a rental home, it felt warm and inviting. Our little boys loved riding their scooters around the neighborhood and the neighbors were all so friendly! The best part was the family of deer that would visit us daily, so special. Even though we were staying due to unfortunate circumstances, Sandra and Thomas really did go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thank you so much!

We had a great experience with MFR. We needed a place urgently and Sandra was able to accommodate. We have stated in many short term rentals and Sandra’s was the cleanest (interior AND exterior) and most well stocked. We were able to cook easily and the kitchen had more items than I would expect in a rental. There are ample supplies rather than one time / starter use. Sandra’s communication is also the best. She is the most responsive host. If there was an issue, Sandra and her husband immediately rectified it. I would definitely call Sandra / MFR for any future rental needs.
