Reluxme

Nicely appointed, perfect place for our short term (30 day) rental need. Property’s amenities were very good. Only downside was a lot of hallway noise with people coming and going throughout the day, but I guess that’s to be expected in that kind of property.

The unit was clean and comfortable. A little sterile but that's the way these things are. Much more pleasant than a hotel room. My only critique of the service is a minor annoyance. For example, if you ask me whether I want a shower package in the unit and I say yes, typically I assume one will be there. If you hadn't asked, I would've packed my own of course and since it wasn't there it took a quick trip to CVS to get it - so first world problems. But still, it's annoying to be offered a service, say yes, only to find out the service wasn't offered after all. Just something to be mindful of.

We stayed for a week and everything was great. Reluxme was quick to reply with any issues. The property (apartment complex) is l ADA, however, the unit itself is not so just be aware when booking. My son is a wheelchair user and was able to access the pool and amenities, but the apartment does not have accessible features beyond grab bars in the bathroom and zero entry doorways. The apartment and complex is clean and the location couldn’t be better. Parking is a little tough, but not a big deal. Thank you to Reluxme for making our stay so easy.

My son and I stayed here for 2 weeks. The apartment was in a great location within walking distance to Truist field, Bank of America stadium, and many restaurants including Starbucks. Whole Foods was a 15 minute walk. A very safe area to walk. The unit was very clean and stunning. Very bright with windows overlooking the pool area and a private balcony. You can also see Truist field and Bank of America stadium from the unit as it’s approximately 2 blocks away. It was equipped with everything we needed and also had 2 washers and dryers, one in each bedroom , which was nice. The only thing you will need to bring is toiletries, body wash and shampoo. Wonderful amenities with a pool downstairs, a rooftop pool as well, bbq grills, game room, and a great gym. Highly recommend staying here and if I get back to Charlotte NC again, I will definitely plan my stay here. Main areas in the building were very clean and had parking as well which was great. Chris was wonderful. Very friendly on the phone and responded quick if we had any questions.
