Moontower Phoenix

My wife and I lived at MoonTower for two years. During our time at MoonTower, we really enjoyed the views, the amenities and made some lifelong friends with our neighbors. It is Downtown living so while it is lively, there are lots of things to do, and the building itself was pretty quiet. Our leasing team: Emily, Germanie, Tay, Zack, and Drew were very helpful and ultimately did what they could to address any concerns and make the building a better place to live.

I toured w/ Venezia and although my plans changed to stay in PHX I had to give her a review. She was so kind and thorough with the information she provided me. I had so much fun touring with her which is funny to say but she really made it such a laid back experience but still very informative! I loved the sense of community here, she seemed to know every resident that walked by and they all seemed happy to see her and say hello. The building is gorgeous and I am sad I am no longer staying in PHX to experience this building.

Amazing Experience I had such a great experience at Moontower Phoenix! The property is absolutely beautiful, clean, modern, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell they really care about creating a great experience for their residents. Angel, the manager, was incredibly respectful, friendly, and professional. He made us feel very comfortable and was genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. It’s refreshing to come across a manager who actually takes the time to make sure you feel welcomed and taken care of. Anaiya at the front desk was also amazing! She was super nice, welcoming, and professional, and she gave us a great tour of the property. She answered all of our questions and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. Overall, Moontower Phoenix is an amazing place, and the staff really stands out. Angel and Anaiya made a great first impression, and I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a beautiful community with a great team!

I've lived at MoonTower since February of this year and I wanted to leave an updated review. Angel, the new manager seems to be really nice but I haven't spoke to him that much. I'm really impressed with how much I've seen him interact compared to how other managers usually are. I've witness him taking care of the entrance of the building, and going out of his way to make sure anybody in the lobby is taken care of. Venezia is great. I think this is her first year in hear role of being an ASM (I could be wrong) but she's very resident focused. She's great with follow up and delivering! Any time I have a question she's always available with for me and never hit's me with the normal "I can't talk right now i'm busy" excuse most managers or assistants use. She's even there if you just want to talk! Anaiyah is the sweetest. You can tell her something from 3 months ago and she'll remember and ask you how everything's been. She's always a great person to just stop by and chat with. The maintenance team is great, I never have to wait and they're literally always working. I never see them just wondering around! As somebody who works in this industry as a Property Manager (with high expectations), I'm very pleased with the staff here. The ground are great. I know there's reviews about dog mess, trash, etc., but residents are just as responsible for the upkeep of this place. It's not just managements job, but even when there is a mess they take care of it!
