Smart City Locating

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Stephanie Vargas. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment and was incredibly patient, diligent, and supportive throughout the entire process. I changed my mind several times about which cities I wanted to live in, and Stephanie never once made me feel like I was being difficult or asking too much. She continued to search, provide helpful options, answer my questions, and guide me through the process with so much kindness and professionalism. What stood out to me most was that Steph truly went beyond what was required of her. She genuinely cared about helping me find a place that was right for me, rather than simply trying to get me into an apartment. Her dedication, responsiveness, patience, and willingness to help made what could have been a very stressful process so much easier. If you are looking for an apartment locator, I HIGHLY recommend Steph! She is absolutely wonderful at what she does, and I am so grateful for all of her help. This was my first time using a locating service to find an apartment, as I was working under an extremely tight timeline. I was incredibly fortunate to work with Ian Bliss. First, knowing how urgent my situation was, he went above and beyond and frequently working past 10 PM to send me tailored apartment options. Second, he truly took my family’s needs to heart, only recommending places that met standards he’d comfortably choose for his own family. Finally, even after I signed the lease, when his official job was technically done, he stepped in when I was in need of help, telling me that his "service never ends." Thank you so much, Ian! I recommend him with total confidence to anyone looking for a seamless moving experience.

I had tried a locator in the past and there was no client connection attempt to be made. Until I found smart city and I am very grateful to have had the pleasure of working with Bianca! Bianca quickly got to work and reached out through text and a quick phone call to start my search. Within a day I had a personalized search that had options within my price range and features I was looking for. Bianca took reigns of scheduling my tours, providing fee sheets of my scheduled tours and tagged along for a few of them she was a tremendous help asking questions I had forgotten to bring up. Every other day she would share a new option that fit my needs. She convinced me after my first few tours to look at options outside of my desired location and found me my soon to be apartment. I couldn’t be happier with the choice I made it is a complete upgrade in many ways! Bianca definitely changed my opinion on apartment locating services! Her personality is so welcoming and she is excellent at making you feel seen and heard. She lifted a tremendous weight of my shoulders and made the process so much easier even reaching out to properties to ask questions that came up or scheduling last minute tours. I’d also like to mention Smart City Concierge Kyle! He was also very quick and attentive to reach out over text to help answer and provide information on utilities, renters insurance and other services offered by Smart City.

I am planning on moving to Austin for work in the next 5 weeks and was tasked with finding a place to live so I could be up and running by 6/1. It was super overwhelming going through all of the apartment websites, looking at reviews etc. Then I came across a Smart City ad online about an apartment locator service. I had never used something like this in the past, but I also needed a bit of direction so I went ahead and tried it. I submitted my guidelines of what I was looking for online and then I had a representative reach out to me. Jordan Williams. We went over the part of town I wanted to live in, what my vibe was, budget, time frame and my non negotiables. He took that info and created a list of options for me to look at online. From there, I was able to narrow it down. I was only going to be in town for one day to be able to look for a place and he was able to book and schedule 7 places for me to see! Crazy. He kept in contact with me along the entire process until I made it into town to tour and then went along with me to see the units. This was extra helpful as there were some questions I would never know to ask such as any sign on specials or fee sheet info. We ultimately ended up finding the right spot for me and I have gone ahead and submitted my application. Jordan has still been in contact with me in case I have any pending questions. He truly has been such a pleasure to work with and couldn’t have done it without him. If you’re planning on moving to Austin, try Smart City! I was doubtful but ended up having the best experience.
