We recently rented a house with Bay Property Management and are so thankful we did! Not only is the house gorgeous and spacious, but our property manager, Alma Ramirez, has been so helpful with all our requests. She always gets back to me super fast and even checks in later to make sure any issues are resolved (like making sure things are working properly after repairs!) We rented a home in a neighborhood with pool access, but did not receive the pool key at move in. Alma overnighted a pool key so we were able to enjoy the pool for Labor Day weekend!
