Atlanta Tent Company was one of the most frustrating companies I’ve ever dealt with. This is a company that I have spent more than $45,000 with, and I regret every bit of it. Their customer service is terrible, and they consistently failed to keep their word or deliver what they promised. Calls, texts, and emails went unanswered and were often completely ignored. Communication was poor throughout the entire process, and getting updates or responses felt impossible. Working with them was a waste of time and created nothing but stress and headaches. Professionalism, reliability, and customer care are the bare minimum in this industry, and unfortunately they failed on all three. I expected much better from a company representing Atlanta, but they did not live up to the name. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Atlanta Tent Company to anyone looking for dependable service.
