Communication was poor throughout the entire process, and getting updates or responses felt impossible. Working with them was a waste of time and created nothing but stress and headaches. Professionalism, reliability, and customer care are the bare minimum in this industry, and unfortunately they failed on all three. I expected much better from a company representing Atlanta, but they did not live up to the name. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Atlanta Tent Company to anyone looking for dependable service.
