We hired Big Dawg for our wedding rentals back in December, and they were excellent to work with. From the first email exchange with Tom, he was incredibly responsive, transparent, and easy to work with. We held our wedding at a very DIY space in Brooklyn, and we had to rent everything to bring into the space. Tom helped us figure out exactly how much of everything we needed, including silverware, glasses, plates, tablecloths, bar gear, tables, etc. It took us awhile to figure this out on our end, and we had a lot of back-and-forth exchanges with Tom, but he was incredibly patient and helpful throughout. We even visited the warehouse twice so we could choose the exact products we wanted to fit our wedding vision. And we found the price much more reasonable than other rental companies in the area. On the day of the wedding, the team dropped off and loaded up the rentals without a problem. It was incredibly easy from our perspective! We would absolutely hire Big Dawg again!
Great service & products! Despite my worry about not being given the exact time, these guys showed up in great time, which tells me they know their business! This is not the first time I used their services. 10 years ago for my daughter's wedding and to my surprise, their services was just as good if not better! They are the best! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 From the first phone call with Tom, I knew I found the right place. The rental equipment was very clean, in great condition, and exactly what we needed. Best prices on tables, chairs, red carpet bars, glassware... Tom made several valuable suggestions, one saved us a lot of money. They were very accommodating with delivery and pickup, which had to be changed three times! The delivery team was very professional and friendly. Producing an animal rescue charity with 30 dogs and one robot dog, is extremely stressful. Rescue Dogs Rock NYC and I love Big Dawg Party Rentals. Don't go anywhere else!
