M&D Event Rentals exceeded every expectation. The quality of their chairs was absolutely top notch elegant, sturdy, and beautifully maintained. They truly elevated the overall look of our event space and made such a difference in the final design. Their customer service was amazing from start to finish. The team was responsive, professional, and so easy to work with. Communication was everything clear timelines, quick replies, and zero stress throughout the process. As an event planner, reliable vendors are everything, and M&D Event Rentals delivered flawlessly. I will absolutely be working with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality rentals and exceptional service.

Our event was split in two locations, a rehearsal dinner for 60 at Hermosa Inn and a very large Welcome Party for 200 people. First, Abel our Event Manager was an ace. He’s detailed focus and follow up is amazing for someone so young. He’s quite the talent. The owner Romelia is a beautiful and gentle lady inside and out. They have invested in beautiful pieces to make our event unique and exquisite. They set up, managed and staffed the event, cleaned up, and took everything down and worked tirelessly with their beautiful smiles and joy fullness to ensure every detail was met. I’m my 30 years as a Marketing Executive it’s hard to find so much talent and drive under one shop. In addition to the event management, rental, and day of staffing, Romania’s daughter Bernice made incredible arrangements. Wow, gasping and oohing was said throughout the evening at both events. I highly recommend Romelia, Abel and Bernice - they are mindful of the budget, strive for perfection and did an outstanding job for our event. Lastly, I managed this multi location event from Texas and that added an additional layer of complexity but with FaceTime calls, and Abel’s persistent to detail this event went off as a lovely experience for the guest of honors and the 175 Texans and 25 Arizonans who attended. I had a vision for the morning of my daughter’s wedding for 12 ladies getting glam at my home. M&D made that vision come to life with pink and ivory French Provincial furniture, accessories and chandeliers. It was everything I dreamed of and the girls were ecstatic over the photos!
