Great experience with Centric Events for our corporate summit! The projector and screen were high quality and perfect for our room. Connor was familiar with our event space and made sure what we ordered was the right fit. He was super helpful and flexible throughout. The front desk team was great too, the woman who answered our calls even walked back to the warehouse a couple of times to check on our order for us. We chose Centric because the pricing was far more reasonable than the AV vendor through our hotel, and the experience more than lived up to it. Highly recommend!

We, International Impact Book Awards, have worked with Centric on several events, and they have always been great to work with. Their team is professional, dependable, and easy to communicate with, which makes a huge difference when you are managing a live event with a lot of moving parts. Our event was split in two locations, a rehearsal dinner for 60 at Hermosa Inn and a very large Welcome Party for 200 people. First, Abel our Event Manager was an ace. He’s detailed focus and follow up is amazing for someone so young. He’s quite the talent. The owner Romelia is a beautiful and gentle lady inside and out. They have invested in beautiful pieces to make our event unique and exquisite. They set up, managed and staffed the event, cleaned up, and took everything down and worked tirelessly with their beautiful smiles and joy fullness to ensure every detail was met. I’m my 30 years as a Marketing Executive it’s hard to find so much talent and drive under one shop. In addition to the event management, rental, and day of staffing, Romania’s daughter Bernice made incredible arrangements. Wow, gasping and oohing was said throughout the evening at both events. I highly recommend Romelia, Abel and Bernice - they are mindful of the budget, strive for perfection and did an outstanding job for our event. Lastly, I managed this multi location event from Texas and that added an additional layer of complexity but with FaceTime calls, and Abel’s persistent to detail this event went off as a lovely experience for the guest of honors and the 175 Texans and 25 Arizonans who attended. We purchased a once-used Shipping Container from Adaptive Shelters. It had a little bit of damage in an area that we were having them remove anyway to add roll-up side doors. Lauren was extraordinarily easy to work with. She provided clear pricing and photos, and even suggested the particular unit we ended up purchasing. We were able to choose a custom color to have the Container meet our needs. The delivery driver was exceptional! He backed in within inches of other equipment without even hesitating. Ameer @ Aspro did a great job on our backyard. We had a party coming up and reached out to him last minute. He had our backyard set up just a few days later well ahead of our party and it looks fantastic. The work is clean. It's done the right way down to the last detail. No wires dangling. I called looking for some equipment for an event for my own store and yes it was last minute due to my own equipment failure, so my fault on that, but none the less the business says open 24/7. Instead of politely informing me that they couldn’t help me, person on the phone told me that “depending on what is needed, it might be a waste of their time, to come out to the WH because the price of gas is too high.” Sooo, you’re telling me that if I don’t spend enough money there, I am a waste of your time. You don’t know how much I appreciate that!! A business is a business, you either help your customers by either giving them a potential different option or simply do what you advertise which is open 24x7. You DO NOT tell a customer it might be a waste of your time. But HEY! I found what I needed from a competitor and they were happy to help! Thanks for the first impression! I will remove you from my list of companies to call back when or if needed. Enjoy the day!

Absolutely recommend 100%! Think your event is too small...no big deal? I hear that! In my mind my event wasnt going to be a 'Big enough Deal to be considered a priority for any rental company. I had no idea what we'd need for a smallish outside to inside wedding (50ppl) in Sedona. I was nervous to inquire thinking I'd either be treated with disregard or be taken advantage of. That said after checking out their website and reviews, I contacted Big Deal and instantly knew I had found the right event and sound specialists! David was kind, accomodating and gracious regarding my questions and concerns. We needed a basic sound package and were given 48 hours to return the equipment for the same cost as a single day rental because our event was outside their delivery area. The equipment was far better quality than I expected and more than enough for our event. The entire transaction was seamlessly simple from initial contact, contract signing, payment, pick up to drop-off with Alex who very kindly worked with our unexpected 2 hour delay. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

United Aluminum was fantastic to work with. I had a custom size that I needed for my backyard. I provided measurements over the phone and told them what I was looking for. A couple of weeks later, they showed up and installed it in a flash. The shed quality is amazing and looks awesome in the backyard. I love supporting local businesses and I could not pass up on the opportunity with their warranty for their sheds. Shade Industries completed a small but very worthwhile project for our home in Sedona recently. This project was a DIY project in which I did all the layout, measurements and installation. Throughout the project, we received superb support and guidance from Josh H to engineer and plan the job, and then when all the little ducks were in a row and we signed the contract, the communications from shop project manager and others was remarkable. Any questions we had of anyone along the way were answered quickly and accurately. The end result was beyond our expectations and is exactly what we needed to solve the insolation into our home. These folks are a smallish company, but they did top level work while supporting us every step of the way, making a DIY effort turn out with professional results. We could not be happier.

Unreliable, Disorganized, and Unprofessional My experience with this company was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. The process required constant follow-up, and the lack of attention to detail was unacceptable. I spent significant time on a site visit explaining exactly what I wanted. Despite that, the proposal I eventually received bore no meaningful resemblance to my instructions or specifications. This was not a minor misunderstanding; it reflected a complete failure to listen, understand the project, or pay attention to the details that mattered. To make matters worse, the quote was delivered weeks after it was promised. I then decided to give the company another opportunity. Unfortunately, that only resulted in more wasted time. A meeting was scheduled, and I arranged my day around it. Then, eight minutes before the meeting, I was told it would not happen. That level of last-minute cancellation was incredibly unprofessional, especially because there was no prompt effort to reschedule or meaningfully address the inconvenience. This project was for a very important and deeply personal occasion. Reliability, communication, attention to detail, and follow-through were essential. This company failed on all of those fronts. Given the repeated delays, poor communication, lack of organization, and failure to follow basic instructions, I would not trust this company with any important event or special occasion. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone against relying on them for something meaningful or time-sensitive.
