Had a last minute surprise party for my Daughters engagement, we wound up hosting about 60 people, I have used Tents and events several times in the past and gave them a call, hooked me up with only about a weeks notice, tent, tables and chairs. Party went off smoothly as can be expected thanks to them. Installers showed up on time and were fantastic. I had the party on a friday evening, they told me they would pick up everything on Monday morning, first thing monday they were at my house breaking down everything, they were half way done before I even realized they were in my backyard. Top notch service and made out party a roaring success. Thank you! Looking forward to doing business with them again!
The people (5) who drop off the tables and chairs expect free food at the the venue. They don't order little meals, and when we gave it to them, they didn't even tip the cooks.
Tents and Events was a complete disappointment at our wedding. The day before our wedding, they dumped a bunch of beat-up tables and chairs in the reception area, without telling us there was an extra charge for setting them up. My fiance and her friends spent the morning setting them up, which should never have happened. We called them back to the venue, because dozens of lights bulbs were burnt out on the string lights. When I confronted him about dumping the tables and chairs, he had no response. My recommendation? Find another vendor.
