Brian and Jon are both amazing people very friendly and professional. They where very happy to Work with us about the things in are apartment that needed fixing, Jon just replaced smoke detectors all three of them. Very professional very clean, my wife and I are very happy to rent from sleep sound property. We highly recommend you try sleep sound property.

We recently moved into our first townhome after living in apartments for few years & our experience with Sleep Sound Management has been great so far! The entire move-in process was smooth & stress-free. Bridget was especially helpful throughout the process & is always quick to answer any questions we have. We really appreciate the communication & support, especially as first-time townhome renters. So far, we've been loving our new home & have had a positive experience with the management team!! ☺️

P.S They doctor their google reviews, check Yelp, more accurate. Do not rent from them! They are the hardest people to get a hold of! Good luck in an emergency situation it will be at least 2-3 business days before you get an email from them, they will not answer the phone. I don't believe they even have anyone in their office or in Portland at all. They are disorganized, the staff do not talk to each other and they are just the WORST property company I've ever had to deal with. The owners of the house I was renting sold the home so we had to move, totally understandable. When I went to pay last months rent what was supposed to be prorated it was full price! I reacted out to them with my concerns and it took them 14 days to get back to me. When they did they said they didn't receive our 30 days notice after they told US we had to move out?? Then he said let me get in touch with my manager, when he got back to us he was like oh yeah you are good to move out. Like duh?? Many more issues just like that! When we finally did move out they still had us registered as a tenant in the renter portal and was showing we owed money after we were no longer lived there! I got scared they would do something nefarious so I documented everything! Long story short watch out with this property management, they are terrible and disorganized. Better yet find a different place to rent.
