fleet leasing in OR
Operating commercial vehicle fleets across Oregon requires balancing capital efficiency with uncompromising vehicle uptime across diverse regional transport routes. Whether supporting statewide logistics, technical field operations, utility networks, or last-mile distribution hubs, enterprises in Oregon rely on versatile B2B vehicle leasing structures -- such as open-end Terminal Rental Adjustment Clause (TRAC) leases and closed-end operating agreements. Procuring dedicated light-duty cargo vans, medium-duty box trucks, and vocational utility pickups statewide allows fleet managers to conserve working capital while deploying dependable, telematics-enabled commercial vehicles.

“LongStreet Property Management is highly praised for its professional, responsive, and communicative staff, including Chris Boyde, Ivan, and Mia. Despite isolated issues with one property manager, the overall experience is very positive, highlighted by excellent service and an easy-to-use maintenance app.”
Chris Boyde's communication and efforts are greatly appreciated in getting me from Inquiry to Key. Not impressed with communications from the actual property manager, Sweeney. I waited for my unit for a month but there were several things that still needed addressed. Thankfully, once I got access to the maintenance app I have been able to work with the app and the maintenance team on a few of the issues. The app is easy and convenient. Communication with that team is great and my 2 experiences with James have been 5 Stars!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ivan has been absolutely amazing to work with! From day one, he has always been professional, positive, and incredibly pleasant to deal with. His attitude is always great, and he genuinely makes every interaction easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the professionalism, communication, and positive energy he brings every time we work together. It’s hard to find people who are this reliable and great to work with, and we’re very grateful to have Ivan as a valued part of our business relationships. Highly recommend Ivan to anyone looking for someone who is professional, dependable, and great to work with!

Mike and the fellas at NW Leasing were fantastic. They were very friendly, not pushy and super helpful. As a newer car buyer it took me a while to get all my ducks in a row and Mike was easy to communicate with and helped me along each step of the way. If you're interested in buying a vehicle I would highly recommend NW Leasing. They’re straight shooters who’ll make sure you get something you’re happy with!
We had a great experience working with NW Leasing. Mike was very helpful and got us taken care of quick. No gimmicks or tricks just honest people selling used vehicles and full disclosure open book attitude. Thank you so much we will be back when we save up for another!

“Sleep Sound Property Management is highly praised for its professional and responsive individual staff members who ensure smooth processes. However, a significant concern highlights severe issues with overall communication, disorganization, and handling of billing and post-tenancy matters.”
I had the pleasure of working with Jessy Batcagan, Property Associate at Sleepsound, and I couldn't be more impressed. Jessy is incredibly efficient, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. Jessy handles everything with such speed and precision, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. On top of that, Jessy is always polite, approachable, and a joy to communicate with. Truly a dedicated and trustworthy professional who goes above and beyond. “Performance Properties Inc. consistently delivers exceptional service, marked by professional, responsive, and communicative staff. They ensure smooth processes and well-maintained properties, leading to highly satisfied residents and property owners.”
I’ve been a resident with Performance Properties in Portland and have had a really positive experience. Whenever I’ve had a maintenance issue or question, their team has been responsive and helpful, and I appreciate how easy they are to communicate with. The property has been well maintained, and it’s nice knowing there’s a local management team that actually follows through when something needs attention. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly and professional. I’ve been very happy living here and would definitely recommend Performance Properties to anyone looking for a rental in the Portland area.
My wife and I had the unfortunate circumstance of needing to move out of our apartment with 5 days notice. Celia, Mia, and Rachel made the process stress free. They're exceptional at communication and coordination which made our application and move-in process as seamless as possible. Their work ethic and professionalism was observable at all stages of the process.

★4.4(86)•Why Corporate Buyers Choose SYLO Property ManagementView
“SYLO Property Management garners mixed feedback, with some praising responsive maintenance and customer service. However, recurring complaints highlight issues with predatory move-out charges, unclear deposit processes, and concerning resident security practices.”
I lived at The Wiedler and they use the Door App for access to the building and units. I had access to a unit that wasn’t my own for months and months even when I told them I needed them to remove the access. I could have walked into this other resident’s apartment at any time and they didn’t care at all. I ended up talking to someone at corporate about this after I moved out and they tried to charge me a bunch of additional cleaning and painting fees and they were just as casual as the leasing team at Weidler about resident security. Really weird company culture, and they will not have your back when you live at one of their properties, and they will scam you when you move out.
I lived at one of there properties in oregon city. They are horrible. I would not recommend. They try and scam you after you move out by charging for basic unit turn over things after 18 months of being a great paying tenant. They literally are trying to scam us by charging us for a carpet replacement on stair there own inspections did not say was damaged.

“Clients frequently praise Premier Truck Group of Portland for their exceptional service, timely repairs, and knowledgeable staff who ensure vehicles are returned in optimal condition. While most experiences highlight positive interactions and quality workmanship, one review noted issues with communication and unresolved repair concerns.”
Absolutely horrible experience….brought my truck in and dealt with ( Brooke ) I brought it in for a yellow liquid dripping from somewhere leaving a sticky residue…and a very bad odor. They had my truck for 3 hours and finally came to me and said I would have to empty the fridge and give them an additional 2 hours…..when questioned as to why they didn’t let me know when they got it into the shop Brooke got extremely defensive and stated you never told me…an I was like ugh yea I did 2 times as o matter o fact over the phone. After all said and done my truck left in the same shape it arrived in. And still was charged…..keep in mind I only have 56,000 miles and under basic warranty and your admitting you see and smell the liquid….absolutely just an overall a bad experience and definitely wasted my entire morning and half of my day….🤬
I hadn't even opened an account yet, for my very new mobile mechanic business, and they were kind enough to throw me a large resellers discount. This enabled me to up sale my customer, yet still provide the an awesome opportunity for my customer to save money while contributing to my bottom line. On top of that.... they had the part in stock right here in town!!! I was able to pick up parts and complete my Emergency Roadside Service in a timely and profitable fashion. And that made me look good!!! All together, I'd have to say this parts house just cares!!! I won't even mention taking cores 7 minutes before they close with a smile. THANK YOU PREMIER TRUCK GROUP

★4.3(89)•Why Corporate Buyers Choose KBC Management IncView
“KBC Management garners praise for helpful property managers, excellent communication, and well-maintained properties. However, one review details severe issues like dishonesty, poor communication, and dismissive maintenance handling from other staff.”
Trash management trash employees trash apartments. Liars. Deceivers, and I'm yet to call them thieves but I'm sure they will own that title eventually. When there are multiple emails stating a time and a place that you are supposed to be that is the time that it's going to happen. And when you decide not to get back to me until several hours later with a punk remark and then you want to try and be smart with me because I know what I'm talking about and I take this more seriously than you do. You know my whole apartment? And you try to tell me all the things that I have maintenance coming in for are just cosmetic? How dare you when there is obvious evidence and mountains of photos and emails stating otherwise. You should really really be careful on who you hire to be a part of your company and who represents your company. Stay far away from this place and especially anywhere that Jessica is involved. It's like a bad girlfriend who thinks that they can also be a manager. Oh and don't even get me started on Tiffany Lopez. Hey Joe Parker if you want to make it up to me you got my line buddy. It was supposed to be 9:00 a.m. not 12:00. And I'm tired of being treated like the bad guy because you guys keep messing up.
Honestly, my wife and I have had nothing but good experiences with KBC at our apartment. Beth has been extremely helpful and accommodating for us, with both general management and any issues that have cropped up. We've never had any trouble with them or the company, and our time in our apartment has been quite positive. Of all the apartments I've lived in in Portland, this has been the smoothest experience!

★4.1(237)•Why Corporate Buyers Choose Grid Property ManagementView
“Grid Property Management receives high praise for excellent communication, prompt service, and dedicated staff who go above and beyond for tenants and vendors. However, one tenant reported significant issues with communication, property conditions, and shoddy maintenance.”
Notice that the good reviews are by owners of property, not the renters. They probably offer them a discount for leaving a good review. Horrible communicators. Run down properties. Completely absent. You have to do your own inspections. They literally painted windows shut. All maintenance is done in a shoddy way. The property is run down and patched together and dirty.
I own 1-800-STRIPER of NW Houston and helped Grid Property Management repaint a business park parking lot in the Houston area. My experience working with their team, especially Sydney, was excellent. Communication truly stood out and despite being in different time zones, emails and calls were consistently answered promptly, which made the entire process smooth and efficient. I would absolutely work with this team again.

★4.1(34)•Why Corporate Buyers Choose TEC EquipmentView
“TEC Equipment receives mixed reviews, with praise for professional service, reasonable prices, and clean trucks. However, significant concerns include aggressive sales tactics, poor rental truck conditions, and discriminatory leasing practices towards smaller businesses.”
We had a terrible experience renting a Mack truck from Hai Nguyen and let me tell you it was horrible. From excessive phone calls to multiple text messages and emails literally begging us to start renting and so when we were convinced to rent his truck, he kept harassing us nonstop to get the drivers personal details. And if that's not enough, the truck our driver was placed in reeked of smell and had multiple leaks even though it only had 5k miles. The way a rental agency succeeds is by treating its customers respectfully and not wasting their time with BS and this agency has failed multiple times and that screams bad management !
I bought a car hauler trailer highmount from Duane at TEC I'm from the east coast I was in Seattle delivering some cars I bent one of my decks i called Duane and Mike in service they got me in asap they fixed my deck and did an awesome job welding and reinforcing my deck very professional and reasonable price Thank you TEC

★3.7(13)•Why Corporate Buyers Choose Capacity Commercial GroupView
“Capacity Commercial Group receives strong praise for its professional and client-focused commercial real estate services, with brokers consistently going above and beyond. However, some clients have reported issues with unresponsiveness from individual team members.”
I own a packing and shipping company in Portland. We needed to expand our operation to a larger warehouse. They helped us find and lease a new warehouse. That should be the end of the review. Our new landlord has been a nightmare to deal with. No communication regarding tenant improvements, not following thru with promises to improve the space. Mike and Brody have been right there for us in this process. I know shipping, not commercial lease laws. They have gone to bat for us and helped us every step of the way. If you are looking for commercial property, I highly recommend Capacity Commercial.
My experience working with Scott Kappes of Capacity was amazing. Scott is not interested in short term relationships with his clients. He spent a significant amount of time with me - visiting properties, providing advice and market updates, etc. - and was as committed as I was to helping find the best fit for my company. Scott continues to be an asset for my company, and is someone I completely trust. I would not hesitate to recommend Scott to any of my friends, family, or work colleagues.

How are commercial fleet leasing rates structured across Oregon?
