I purchased a 2016 Mercedes Benz 4x4 Sprinter in June of 2025. After purchasing the vehicle for $39,100 and paying over $400 for delivery to Oregon, my van arrived very dirty, with a hanging headliner & a broken key fob that cost me over $400 to replace. In addition, communication of payment to Rainier Truck & Trailer for delivery to Oregon details were not fully communicated so I had the transportation company in my face demanding payment instead of being able to readily enjoy my new vehicle. Hopefully when this review is noticed Reiner Truck & Trailer can humble themselves to learn from this negative review instead of being in defense like they were with their last couple of negative reviews. For example, after spending over $40,000 on a vehicle who expects a hanging head liner, broken key fob, delivery of a very dirty vehicle & the hassling over delivery fees from the transportation company??
We purchased a box truck from here. From the initial call they were friendly, patient and accommodating. They are about 2 hrs away from me and they pulled all the stops to make sure I had all the information needed before traveling and committing to the purchase. Once I was there they worked with me and dealt with the finance company that I was personally working with. Despite the delay in our financing, they helped with travel to and from our hotel. It’s been months since we have purchased and ran the truck, and we have had no issues with it. I would certainly purchase a truck here again. Great people to work with.
I just bought this truck from Rainier Truck & Trailer based upon pictures and a telephone conversation with Jeff. I'm very pleased with my buying experience with these good folks and Highly recommend them to anyone looking for trucks. Pictures and descriptions were very accurate No sales jobs with these guys just a good honest dealer Very rare in this day and age. Extremely helpful even after the cash had traded hands.
