Wow, what a pleasant experience! The staff were very knowledgeable, and took the time to research a technical problem my DP was attempting to solve. Upon arriving at the facility, check out was quite smooth and efficient. They'd actually put a rush on our paperwork, and were issued credit within 30 minutes of completing it. The gear was itemized and bar-coded in a simple manner, and the technicians were friendly while we waited for check out. Upon return, the staff recognized us and greeted us by name. We'll definitely be renting from Alternative again!
