I had a horrible experience with a company that was using Atlanta Creationz in conjunction with their bounce houses and concessions for tables, chairs and tents. Their owner was absolutely disgusting and didn’t want to do anything to rectify mistakes her company made that caused major issues for my baby shower from about $1k in rental in fees. But Sandrica here Atlanta Creationz was kind and compassionate even when I wasn’t so nice because I’m in early labor right now. She handled me with kindness and respect. I wasn’t looking for anything free but did give my honest opinion to the other company that was hounding me for a review and they said they would make things right and reneged. No big deal because Sandrica made it right. She didn’t offer me a refund and I can respect keeping money in the business lol but she did offer me a credit that we will likely use for my daughter’s first birthday. And we will find a more professional vendor for bounce houses in the future. No business is perfect but the way you treat your customers goes a long way. These guys if you need party equipment, they’re the best they were on time courteous even when they were things that didn’t go as planned. They made sure that everything was taken care of. Recommend them five stars our baby shower went great thanks. Keep up the good work.
