I cannot recommend Computer Palace enough. The owner has over 30 years of computer sales and repair experience, and his expertise truly shines through his customer service. When I brought in a high-end MacBook Pro experiencing a nightmare credential login loop, it was a completely unique problem he had never dealt with before. Despite how complex and frustrating the situation was, he never gave up. He maintained absolute hope and incredible patience, putting in hours of his own time during each of my visits to help me troubleshoot the issue. While the problem turned out to be a native Apple software defect regarding iPhone binding, the service from this local store was spectacular. They went above and beyond to support me. 5 stars for a knowledgeable, patient, and deeply dedicated local business!
