I may not know a ton about troubleshooting computer issues, but I can absolutely know in a minute if someone is competent or not when it comes to them. I also don't trust many people when it comes to my computer due to the security we need. James is an absolute PRO when it comes to diagnosing problems. I have a high-end custom build that had start up and bios issues, and James not only came in and fixed those but also helped me with freeing up space between my computer and dropbox.
