Absolutely worth every single penny I paid for Danny the top technician and an absolute master of his craft, he was an absolute beast going through this build. His attention to detail, and his incredible diagnosing ability for my computer was off the charts, I paid 530 dollars for 4 top shelf fans, 1 120 mm AI/O, complete software update top to bottom, complete clean of the computer and organization of all wires. The before and after of my computer was absolutely breathtaking. It was worth every dollar and I know I will definitely be coming back whenever I need any help, or want it done by the pros. I know Danny is my man.

BEWARE DANNY IS A SCAMMER AND THREANING ME WITH A GUN ! I am extremely angry and disappointed with how I was treated by this business. I originally went to this shop to have my GPU and power supply upgraded. While I was there, the owner DANNY strongly insisted that I should also replace my PC fans because I needed better airflow. I trusted his recommendation, and we agreed that I would get Lian Li fans. I looked up the Lian Li fans on Amazon and saw they were around $30 each. He told me he would charge me $25 per fan, and I agreed to that price. It was only 160 to do GPU and power supply. He charged me 500 for the new fans and installing everything. When I picked up my computer, I checked the fans when i was home and immediately noticed that he had installed Thermalright TL-C12C X5 fans instead. These were NOT the Lian Li fans we agreed on. I returned to the store two days later and specifically asked him, “What fans did we agree on?” He himself said Lian Li. When he looked at my computer, he apologized and admitted he made a mistake, saying that he was tired and it was late when he worked on my computer. At that point, I tried to simply get my money back for the fans I had paid for, because I did not receive what we agreed on. He refused to refund me for the fans. So the only option I felt I had was to have him replace them with the Lian Li fans we originally agreed on. He took my computer apart and had it completely disabled while working on it, so I had no choice but to trust that he was finally installing what I had paid for. Before he finished, I asked him directly if the fans he was installing were the ones we agreed on, and he told me yes. Everything seemed fine, and I was honestly relieved. I was ready to leave happy because I thought I was finally getting what I paid for. Then I looked at the fans and realized he had installed Prism 4 Pro fans instead. I went back into the shop and confronted him about it. Instead of acknowledging that these were not the fans we agreed on, he claimed that he had given me a Lian Li “Pro type.” That was NOT what we discussed or agreed to. After going back and forth, he still refused to refund me for the fans and the installation. I demanded my money back, and he ultimately only gave me $50. What happened next made the entire situation even more disturbing. As I was getting ready to leave, he displayed/used a firearm in a way that I perceived as an attempt to intimidate or scare me. No customer should ever feel threatened or unsafe while trying to resolve a dispute over a computer repair. He also told me that “the customer is never right.” This entire experience has left me feeling completely taken advantage of. I trusted this person with my expensive PC because I was trying to upgrade it and improve its performance. Instead, I received different fans than what we agreed on, had to return to the store to correct the mistake, was told one thing and given something else again, and then had to deal with an extremely uncomfortable and intimidating confrontation when I asked for my money back. If you are going to pay for a specific product, I strongly recommend that you verify exactly what is being installed before you leave this shop. I trusted this business, and I regret giving them that trust. What should have been a simple GPU, power supply, and fan upgrade turned into an extremely frustrating and upsetting experience. I would not recommend this business based on my experience

I just stopped here for a PC cooler part that I was missing, they were super awesome! They both greeted us, the guy helped us out and found the part we needed immediately, super chill shop and I love the decorations they have up! Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs help with their pc fixes, it’s going to be my go to shop now! Also noticed they speak Spanish so that’s an awesome bonus if anyone needs it! Very welcoming place and easy to find

So I was in the market to get my old pc that didn't work anymore fixed. I was searching around and ended up finding the Ofi-Store. The reviews looked good so I decided to give it a shot. The staff is super friendly and amazing. Daniel is very helpful and super informative on PCs. He was able to figure out what was wrong with it almost instantly after I told him. He proposed the best option and worked around a budget and the final build exceeded my expectations. It was so beautiful! Thank you Daniel and the two lovely ladies!
