This company is very dishonest. After I repaired their LED screen, they kept finding minor issues as excuses not to pay. I already know several people who were not paid using the same tactic. Please be very cautious when choosing this company.
Rent For Event LA Reviews Please do not trust Yegor from "Rent For Event LA." We are an LED display repair company; Yegor contacted us on December 16 and 29, 2025, urgently requesting on-site module repairs. Given the urgency, we specifically arranged a team to work through the night to complete the job. However, to this day, he has failed to pay the total amount of $9,720 and has offered no valid reason for the non-payment. When we confronted him about the payment, he was not only arrogant but also repeatedly threatened to call the police. I am sharing this experience to warn everyone to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Yegor; he is a person who does not keep his word.
We rented light last minute for a business event after another vendor fell through. Keith was incredibly helpful and got us set up with everything we needed and helped us problem solve to make sure we would be happy with our rental. Delivery was on time (early!), setup went smoothly, and pick up was on time, all done by a very helpful and friendly technician who was very accommodating. We were very pleased with our entire experience, both with the customer service, pricing, and execution. I would be happy to rent from them again in the future.
