“Bespoke Stay consistently delivers exceptional experiences with well-maintained, comfortable properties and outstanding host communication. Guests praise the prime locations, extensive amenities, and accommodating service, making stays stress-free and enjoyable.”
We had a great stay overall! The keyless entry process was seamless, and the communication from the host was excellent from start to finish. The location is absolutely prime and exactly as advertised, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything nearby. The only drawback was that the elevator was out of service during our stay. Carrying luggage and bags up four flights of stairs was definitely a workout. If the elevator had been working, the experience would have been just about perfect. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this Airbnb to others.
I stayed at Bespoke’s Thena Hotel in Philly last week and would love to stay here again when traveling for fun! I was in town just for the night, but this property would be a great home base for several days of exploring the city. The building is older but well-maintained and modernized. The neighborhood is cute and lovely but peaceful, with lots of little cafés and nighttime hangouts. This penthouse studio is private and cozy. The space is used very well to maximize storage and utility. The linens and towels were clean and soft, and the bed was quite comfortable. It was hot and humid for my July stay, which is par for the course in Philly. I was deeply grateful when I unlocked the door to discover the air conditioning was pre-set to cool me down! Instructions for check-in and check-out were very easy to follow, and the host communicates very proactively! I underestimated how easy the stairs would be with my baggage after a long travel day, but the host was very clear about it being a 5th floor walk-up, so that's on me!
“Hyatus offers flexible, fully furnished corporate housing for business, medical, academic, and relocation stays.”
★5.0(24)•Why Corporate Buyers Choose HyatusView
“Hyatus offers clean, well-equipped apartments with excellent communication, seamless check-in, and valuable amenities like private parking. Guests highly recommend it, though minor improvements in lighting and bathroom features were suggested.”
Very good experience. Easy to communicate with before and during my stay, with all relevant info easily accessible. Apartment was lovely and clean with everything you’d need. Even dishwasher and washing machine tablets! I’d recommend and will book with them when next time I’m in Philadelphia
My wife and I stayed at the Hyatus Center City while she was recovering from surgery at Jefferson Hospital. I chose this location for its proximity to the hospital and on-site private parking, and it delivered on both. I always felt safe, and the two gentlemen at the front desk were consistently friendly. Getting Instacart and Uber Eats delivered was easy; drivers would leave orders at the front desk and it only took a minute to grab them. The room was very clean and well-stocked with cookware and utensils. There was even a filtered water pitcher in the fridge, which was a thoughtful touch, and the stacked in-room washer and dryer was a lifesaver. They also stocked the room on arrival with the little essentials: dishwasher pods, laundry soap, dish soap, garbage bags, toothbrushes, etc. I do want to share some constructive criticism that I hope is useful for future guests and the property itself: Check-in was extremely easy and I loved handling everything from my phone, including using the Latch app to access all facility doors and my room. That's what made one thing stand out as inconsistent: on arrival you have to park on the street, go up to retrieve the parking pass, then come back down to enter the garage. The same happens at checkout in reverse. For a property that clearly put thought into the guest experience, this felt like an oversight. The fix is simple: integrate garage access into the Latch app, or at minimum don't require the pass on exit so guests can leave it in the room on their way out. You genuinely have one of the better check-in experiences I've had and this one small thing is all that's keeping it from being seamless. Our room faced the brick wall of an abandoned building with shattered windows, and after three weeks it got a little depressing. Hyatt has no control over that, but it may be worth asking about room options when you book. The lighting was the most frustrating part of our stay. The room only had two options: blinding overhead white LEDs in the kitchen and bedroom that were on the same switch in the hallway, or two bedside lamps that were manually controlled by cord switches. If you got up in the middle of the night to grab something from the kitchen, you had to walk all the way towards the front door just to flip on those harsh overhead lights. There was no switch in or near the kitchen and no softer alternative. Something as simple as a kitchen-area switch with under-cabinet lighting would have made a huge difference. The bedroom end tables were rounded oval blocks of marble with a hollowed out core, that looked nice enough but weren't practical. There wasn't really a surface to set a drink, your phone, or medication on. Standard end tables with a flat surface and drawers would serve guests much better. The mattress was comfortable, but it was VERY lightweight and slid on the platform frame throughout the night. We'd often wake up with our pillows (which were soft and comfortable) falling into the gap between our heads and the headboard. Mattress retainer bars are an inexpensive fix and they are what's needed if you are going to have a super lightweight mattress on a platform frame. Last thing, and again this is an easy inexpensive fix: the bathroom was HUGE but had no wall hooks anywhere. A hook for a toiletry bag and one near the shower for a robe or your clothes would be helpful since the sink counter space is limited. There was also no soap dish or shelf in the shower, which was extremely annoying. I would have to try and balance the soap bars in the cracks of the soap dispenser bottles they had mounted on the shower wall. Also, PLEASE turn the hot water temperature up a little bit. It's a small thing but something you really notice after a long day. Overall this was a convenient and comfortable stay given our circumstances, and we would stay here again. The feedback above is genuinely meant to be helpful. These are all small, affordable fixes that I think would make a big difference for your future guests.

“Sosuite offers beautiful, clean, and spacious accommodations in convenient and safe locations, often featuring thoughtful amenities and easy check-in. While some units might feel less inviting or experience noise, the overall guest experience is highly positive.”
The room was beautiful and felt like a very safe location. We picked this place since it seemed to have the safest parking around the area. My car was very secure and all the workers were super friendly. Absolutely would stay here again!
The studio was really beautiful & clean. Great location, thoughtfulness such as ear plus included still didn’t experience noise issues. I thought it was an easy check in process! Only feedback: I would have liked the option to check out in the front desk since I didn’t have access to my phone at the time but other than that 10/10 experience.

★4.6(71)•Why Corporate Buyers Choose Skyline ApartmentsView
“Skyline Apartments is lauded for its spacious units, prime location, and helpful management, notably Mike and Precious. Yet, severe issues like prolonged elevator outages, unaddressed gas leaks, and AC failures significantly impact tenant satisfaction.”
Worst apartment building ever. I’m not lying my friends went without an elevator for almost an entire year and my friends had to just deal with it. They lived on the 4th floor so it made grocery shopping or going anywhere a hassle. The mailroom that’s supposed to be open until 5 every day was randomly closed at 12pm and forget receiving any packages on the weekend. Leaks in their ceiling that were never addressed. Only told lies of “oh well come back later and fix it.” And my other friend who lived in this building in the 3rd floor had an actual gas leak in his bedroom. Air conditioning would be broken for weeks while it was 85-90 degrees and sunny. Mind you their windows also did not work so food spoiled fast. Unprofessional rude staff and I would hate to see any other college students give them more money.
I'm an exchange student and I have stayed for 4 months in my apartment, so them offering a short-term lease was a great thing to start with, because it took me a while to find that. I genuinely enjoyed my stay overall. the management, specially Precious, was very helpful in anything I needed. I honestly felt safe living in such a building as there are cameras near the front door of the building and you can only enter or use the elevators using key fobs. the fact that they can also provide you with keys to your own room is also a plus. The roof lounge is something else, a great place for a fresh breath and a good view. if I'm staying here for longer. I would definitely stay in skyline apartments!

★4.5(256)•Why Corporate Buyers Choose UrHomeInPhillyView
“UrHomeInPhilly is often lauded for its great locations, clean apartments, and helpful staff. However, one guest experienced significant issues with poor check-in, incorrect unit assignment, and maintenance problems like mold and pests.”
The communication of check in instructions was poor at best. There were extensive requirements for check in that weren’t properly described and it took numerous attempts by phone and online to get into the property. They required an additional deposit before we could check in, but they didn’t notify us of this until we were at the property. The property management contact was useless. There’s no key, just a check in code that didn’t work and required to be resetting several times. When we finally got into the property, we found out that we didn’t get the unit that we had reserved. We had reserved a unit on an upper floor that had a fireplace, was bright with lots of windows and access to a patio. What we got was a unit in the basement that was down a narrow staircase, the doorway partially blocked by a broken fountain. It was really dark, with few windows. The space was cramped. The bathroom was tiny, and had black mold. There was a mouse which was in and out, so that was interesting. The one good thing in the whole unit was the washer dryer in the unit. It worked great. The location was across the street from an apartment that had a really loud mechanical system that was a story high and a block long. It went all day and night. This was worse for anyone on the basement or first floor. Again, we had specifically reserved a top floor unit. I tried telling this to the property manager, but they didn’t do anything. I was so dissatisfied and disappointed with this property & it really detracted from our visit. Expedia needs more accurate details.
Our entire stay was fabulous! The location is great and very close to our son's place on campus. It is also within close walking distance of many great places to eat and drink. The apt. was clean and spacious and perfect for what we needed. Additionally, the service team was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We look forward to staying here again!
