Unreliable, Disorganized, and Unprofessional My experience with this company was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. The process required constant follow-up, and the lack of attention to detail was unacceptable. I spent significant time on a site visit explaining exactly what I wanted. Despite that, the proposal I eventually received bore no meaningful resemblance to my instructions or specifications. This was not a minor misunderstanding; it reflected a complete failure to listen, understand the project, or pay attention to the details that mattered. To make matters worse, the quote was delivered weeks after it was promised. I then decided to give the company another opportunity. Unfortunately, that only resulted in more wasted time. A meeting was scheduled, and I arranged my day around it. Then, eight minutes before the meeting, I was told it would not happen. That level of last-minute cancellation was incredibly unprofessional, especially because there was no prompt effort to reschedule or meaningfully address the inconvenience. This project was for a very important and deeply personal occasion. Reliability, communication, attention to detail, and follow-through were essential. This company failed on all of those fronts. Given the repeated delays, poor communication, lack of organization, and failure to follow basic instructions, I would not trust this company with any important event or special occasion. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone against relying on them for something meaningful or time-sensitive.
