I called looking for some equipment for an event for my own store and yes it was last minute due to my own equipment failure, so my fault on that, but none the less the business says open 24/7. Instead of politely informing me that they couldn’t help me, person on the phone told me that “depending on what is needed, it might be a waste of their time, to come out to the WH because the price of gas is too high.” Sooo, you’re telling me that if I don’t spend enough money there, I am a waste of your time. You don’t know how much I appreciate that!! A business is a business, you either help your customers by either giving them a potential different option or simply do what you advertise which is open 24x7. You DO NOT tell a customer it might be a waste of your time. But HEY! I found what I needed from a competitor and they were happy to help! Thanks for the first impression! I will remove you from my list of companies to call back when or if needed. Enjoy the day!

Absolutely recommend 100%! Think your event is too small...no big deal? I hear that! In my mind my event wasnt going to be a 'Big enough Deal to be considered a priority for any rental company. I had no idea what we'd need for a smallish outside to inside wedding (50ppl) in Sedona. I was nervous to inquire thinking I'd either be treated with disregard or be taken advantage of. That said after checking out their website and reviews, I contacted Big Deal and instantly knew I had found the right event and sound specialists! David was kind, accomodating and gracious regarding my questions and concerns. We needed a basic sound package and were given 48 hours to return the equipment for the same cost as a single day rental because our event was outside their delivery area. The equipment was far better quality than I expected and more than enough for our event. The entire transaction was seamlessly simple from initial contact, contract signing, payment, pick up to drop-off with Alex who very kindly worked with our unexpected 2 hour delay. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We rented a PA set up, lights, amplifiers and a keyboard, along with some sound tech time, for a large conference event at an area hotel. BDE also took care of delivery, setup, takedown and load-out. BDE was a pleasure to work with in all respects, and was very responsive to additional requests as we refined our equipment needs. BDE also made some great suggestions along the way, and accommodated our various schedule changes. Highly recommended, we will use BDE again.

Really great experience. We have used them twice for an event at our company. They helped suggest equipment we needed which was a big help. Scheduling and payment were both simple and easy. They came on time as expected, set up and tore down everything, we didn't have to worry about anything. Would recommend them to anyone needing lighting, sound or staging.
