The folks at rent me USA were great i must have called everyone in charlotte on a Wednesday for a party on Saturday with hurricane Isaias coming. We had such a great experience with RentMeUSA Party Rentals! We rented a cotton candy machine for my daughter’s birthday party and it was a huge hit with the kids and adults. My niece baby shower was wonderful, but the chair USA sent us out.Was unacceptable.It was dirty and had a hole in it.Call owner and they was like we supposed to cover it up.They came back and put tape on it.
Great customer service! We needed a large tent last minute due to the weather. We were referred to RentMeUsa and they were fantastic. They were able to set us up with the 2 large tents. We also rented tables and chairs. Their crew set up fast and were very professional. We will definitely use their service again! I highly recommend RentMeUSA!
