SHADE Industries

Shade Industries completed a small but very worthwhile project for our home in Sedona recently. This project was a DIY project in which I did all the layout, measurements and installation. Throughout the project, we received superb support and guidance from Josh H to engineer and plan the job, and then when all the little ducks were in a row and we signed the contract, the communications from shop project manager and others was remarkable. Any questions we had of anyone along the way were answered quickly and accurately. The end result was beyond our expectations and is exactly what we needed to solve the insolation into our home. These folks are a smallish company, but they did top level work while supporting us every step of the way, making a DIY effort turn out with professional results. We could not be happier.

Their dedication and craftsmanship are clearly reflected in the final result. First and foremost, the professionalism of Shade Industries, from start to finish, exceeded all expectations. We wanted to add three SHADE structures over large areas, plus a sail over an existing area; I think it was a large residential project, but it was no concern to SHADE. From step one, when meeting with Ashley (Amazing Designer) and Jeff (Knowledge of the Product was Amazing), I knew we were going to get an amazing addition to our house. Then, working with Kristi (Making Things Happen Project Manager) and her team of installers (Francisco, Jay, Roberto and about three more extremely professionals) made the process of install seamless from paper-to-reality. The attention to detail illustrated by Shade Industries cannot be overstated; they didn't like the fit of a couple of sails, so they replaced them, at no increase. To my eye, I didn't see what Kristi didn't like, but, again, their attention to detail is what sets them apart. Finally, working with RJ (The Controller) for process payments was also top notch. I cannot overstate this amazing operation, product and SHADE TEAM. Thanks for making our house look amazing!!!!

If you ever have a need for a custom style shade structure SHADE INDUSTRIES is THE BEST option! Their whole team was incredibly helpful all the way through the process. They took care of everything for us, project was completed on time, and workmanship was impeccable. We got exactly what we were looking for. You couldn't ask for a better company to get it done!!!
