Oregon Fleet Leasing Standards

Standard statutory & contractual benchmarks governing procurement in Oregon:

Intrastate DOT & Regulatory MandatesDOT & Safety

Commercial fleet operations across Oregon require strict adherence to gross weight classifications. Vehicles rated between 10,001 and 26,000 lbs operate without a CDL but require active DOT medical cards and electronic logging devices (ELD), while units over 26,001 lbs require certified CDL drivers and IFTA reporting.

Lease Taxation & Accounting StructureTax & Depreciation

Enterprise fleets in Oregon leverage open-end Terminal Rental Adjustment Clause (TRAC) structures. This preserves operational capital, shifts residual asset risk favorably to commercial operators, and allows companies to deduct monthly lease charges as operational expenditures under ASC 842.

Trash management trash employees trash apartments. Liars. Deceivers, and I'm yet to call them thieves but I'm sure they will own that title eventually. When there are multiple emails stating a time and a place that you are supposed to be that is the time that it's going to happen. And when you decide not to get back to me until several hours later with a punk remark and then you want to try and be smart with me because I know what I'm talking about and I take this more seriously than you do. You know my whole apartment? And you try to tell me all the things that I have maintenance coming in for are just cosmetic? How dare you when there is obvious evidence and mountains of photos and emails stating otherwise. You should really really be careful on who you hire to be a part of your company and who represents your company. Stay far away from this place and especially anywhere that Jessica is involved. It's like a bad girlfriend who thinks that they can also be a manager. Oh and don't even get me started on Tiffany Lopez. Hey Joe Parker if you want to make it up to me you got my line buddy. It was supposed to be 9:00 a.m. not 12:00. And I'm tired of being treated like the bad guy because you guys keep messing up.

Honestly, my wife and I have had nothing but good experiences with KBC at our apartment. Beth has been extremely helpful and accommodating for us, with both general management and any issues that have cropped up. We've never had any trouble with them or the company, and our time in our apartment has been quite positive. Of all the apartments I've lived in in Portland, this has been the smoothest experience!

I have lived at a KBC property for just under a year and thus far I have zero complaints. My property manager is great. Someone who communicates consistently, clearly, and responds quickly if any issues arise with my unit. My unit specifically is well taken care of for the age of my building and compared to the comps in the area - fair pricing. Community locations at in my building - hallways, lobby, public sidewalk, mail room are always clean and taken care of. As a Portland transplant - KBC made my transition to a new city seamless.

Beth Rolison manages the building I live in on Trinity. They are a fantastic manager, and I keep forgetting to leave a review! I’ve lived in multiple apartment buildings and have dealt with plenty property management companies (I also work for a commercial PM company in the area, Interurban Real Estate, so I get how absolutely demanding pm jobs can be, which speaks more to how incredible Beth’s efficiency is… I don’t think I’m even that fast.) They are very kind and hands on. The building is absolutely stunning, inside and out. I’ve had no issues. Which is a rare (and wonderful) thing to say. Thank you, Beth! You’re great! Who’s ever paying you should pay you more! (;
