Shali was super helpful in getting me set up to view a property. She went the went the extra mile to help it set up for me. Very helpful & firendly.
Shaly was incredibly helpful throughout my home renovation process. She was very kind and made sure to explain everything clearly, answering all of our questions. We truly appreciate her support.

“Living Room Property Management generally receives high praise for its communication, responsiveness, and professional maintenance. However, one review noted recent declines in service quality and billing issues.”
Have been living in an LRP apt. For 8 years. Mostly without issue. But recently their maintenance and administrators have taken a nose dive in quality and apparently intelligence. Billing disputes are not privy to late fees according to oregon state law, which you should know if you run a rental company. Especially when our rent was payed on time via direct deposits for 8 years straight. Your administrator, Flo "cut us some slack" and retracted it. Only after being threatened with small claims court. Our washer dryer is a barely functional and like 20 years old and yall had some guy working on it for 3 days, Wasting our time when it would probably cost you less to have it replaced. Yall can do better. All we're asking for is accountability, it's okay to make billing mistakes. It's not okay to gaslight us and blame us for them.
I wanted to sing Seth Emerson's praises! He and his team make renting a home a breeze and fantastic. I've always admired Living Room Reality's home selection and curation. Living Room Property Management on the rental side does the same amazing job & takes such great care of renters just as they would buyers or sellers. Really appreciate you!

“Capital Property Management consistently receives high praise for its affordable rent, clean properties, and exceptionally quick maintenance services. Tenants appreciate the proactive care, timely issue resolution, and overall focus on satisfaction, despite minor update needs.”
I have been renting from Capital for about 8 years and they’re really just the best - they keep rent affordable, properties clean, and maintenance requests are super quick! Today Chris made it to my place within about an hour to fix my doorknob, was super communicative, and friendly. Thanks Capital and Chris!
I had the pleasure of living in one of the most unique apartments I've ever seen listed by Capital. It was so insanely special to me, I'm very sad to part ways. Throughout my time renting, I was very pleased with many of the folks who put a lot of time and effort into ensuring tenants were happy and requests were taken care of in a timely manner. One of the standout individuals was Delaney, who obviously cared a lot about treating tenants fairly and being honest, up front, and kind. Sometimes it can be difficult to find people who genuinely care about their renters. It was obvious to me that Delaney always remained invested in us. Thank you to Capital and Delaney for all the hard work!

★4.0(353)•Why Corporate Buyers Choose NWV GroupView
“Overall client sentiment is negative, primarily due to widespread issues with property maintenance, management responsiveness, and inconsistent policy application. However, some individual staff members are commended for their professionalism and support during the leasing process.”
This agency is neglectful and dismissive. The moment they took over management at my apartment complex it was extremely obvious they do not care about their tenants. I asked about paying and they sent confusing instructions, most options cost extra, so I paid in the manner they suggested of paying in the office… except they meant their main office. They didn’t say this, then told me it was on me to try to cancel my payment and bring more money to them. This is they casually mention there won’t be any on-site management. At all. How do you manage a physical location remotely? There has been trash, extreme amounts of trash accumulated in the areas the children play, the parking lot, anywhere it can blow to, probably because now we have people illegally dumping from other places and people in the dumpster just making a disaster scene. We had a literal dumpster fire. They have been managing for less than 3 months and it has been the worse of a string of pretty bad agencies. That’s saying a lot. There is no accountability for complaints, tenants violating the lease agreements with outrageous noise and smoking indoors are free to carry on. There is graffiti from the kids who have negligent parents about the other kids with disgustingly negligent parents. The trash bins in the laundry room wasn’t emptied for a month, the machines are caked with grime and don’t work properly. They even turned the hot water down so they can save a buck. The dyers need two cycles unless you find the good one. The front load machine often smells of mustiness and decay. It’s become difficult to enjoy my living space when I can’t walk outside without dissatisfaction and disappointment. The hostility of the neighbors and the cameras that don’t work as well as the parking lot that had the lights disconnected and is pitch black make it unsafe and easy for the place to be overrun with crime and a toxic atmosphere.
I have been a responsible tenant who pays rent on time, which is why I was disappointed by my recent experience with management and maintenance. I was informed by a maintenance technician (Matt) that a toilet seat replacement would be considered normal wear and tear. Based on that understanding, I did not expect to receive a charge. However, I was later billed $109 for the replacement and told it was considered resident-caused damage. Had I been informed in advance that I would be charged, I could have replaced the toilet seat myself for a fraction of the cost. I also was not given prior notice of the charge before it appeared on my account. My main concern is the lack of consistency between what was communicated by maintenance and the decision ultimately made by management. I would have appreciated a more reasonable resolution, especially as a long-term tenant with a history of paying rent on time. I encourage prospective tenants to document all maintenance conversations in writing and request confirmation of any statements regarding repairs or potential charges.

Our stay at the East Beaverton location was great. Pat was flexible and easy to work with. The location was great for public transportation and close to store, restaurants, and even schools. The apartment as clean and had all the comforts of home. Highly recommend using Corporate Housing America for business or vacation travel
